Masterchef's Influence!

Salam! Salam! Salam!

Well, what shud I say?
WHOPPPPDEEEEDOOOOOOOO to me!!!
I COOKED!
Harharhar...
Thanks to MASTERCHEF!!!
Now cooking is a wonderful thing to do!
Terutamanye MASTERCHEF JUNIOR!
Tercabar bila budak2 hingusan tu semua masak mcm pro
bu ME? Cook like an amateur!
Congrats to Mastercep for making me cook...
hehehehehehe.....

So, after I watched all the young kids cook
I rase mcm nak explode!
Something good flows in my veins!
I feel like walking on rainbows....
stepping on a stone that felt like marshmalloes
and oh oh...
It feel like I'm in heaven!
(vision terlalu melampao! Harap maap!)
Hahahaha :P

Cut the crap!
So, I go to the fridge, nak cekodaout ape yg hado!
And surprise! Surprise!
There's a SIKEN! (chicken!)
Pok pok pok pok pok! hahaha

Then I think hard...
What in the world Imma do with this siken????
Then the lightning struck! 
Just like in movies
But this happen spontaneously!
 as it was about to rain!
hehehehe

Aynevayz (anyway),
I GOOGLEd my butt out to look for simpe recipes! 
Ade ayam masak kari
ayam masak merah
ayam masak kicap....
then i look at this.....


Behold!
THE AYAM HALIA!!!!!

And here's the ingredients!


Hahahha...
Lucky me the ingredients are simple!

ANd.............
ada dia cakap to mix sos tiram, tepung jagung, black pepper in a
1/2 cawan of water in a cawan...
Yuck!
At first it looked Yucky and icky!
But believe me, after u cooked it...
It looked just like in the pictures!

Okay, Here's how I cooked it! I twist it into my own style!

Ingridients A:

500 gm chicken [into small pieces and wash clean]
3 tab / s oyster sauce]
1 / 2 cup water] mix
1 tea / s corn flour]
1 tea / s ground black pepper
1 green onion plants [cut short] - not available? U can change to coriander leaves
1 tomato fruits [side 4]- I change it to carrots! :)
oil
salt

Ingredients B:

5 cm fresh ginger
3 shallots
3 cloves garlic
3 stalks of chili
(it's totally up to u! :))

Ways to cook:

1. Heat oil and fry ​​ingredients B. Add salt okay!
2. Add chicken and stir well. Pour a little water and cover.
3. Cook chicken until tender.
4. Put in the cornstarch mixture and oyster sauce. Allow to thicken.
5. Enter the tomato pieces and green onions/carrots. Stir well.
6. Serve.

Setelah dicampak campak ke dalam cauldron (ekspressi mlampau) inilah rupenye!

Tada!


Tgah mendidih nih! 
Huiyooo!!!

Stakat nasik goreng and tin2 tu dah pro sangat!
